Professional background: Dave Sunday was sworn in as Pennsylvania Attorney General in 2025. From 2018 to 2024, AG Sunday served as York County District Attorney, where he led efforts to increase public safety, promote community well-being, and fight against violence and illegal drugs. A Navy veteran, in 2013 AG Sunday was appointed to the United States Department of Justice as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he assisted in prosecuting gang, illegal gun, and drug cases in federal court.
