(Post Bulletin) - DFL-endorsed Attorney General candidate Matt Pelikan stopped in Rochester on Wednesday as part of a daylong tour of Southeast Minnesota. Pelikan, who also campaigned in Winona and Albert Lea, is vying for the attorney general job against four challengers, including U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, in his own party.
