(ABC Local News Affiliate) - The Minnesota State Court of Appeals Tuesday rejected an appeal filed by an attorney for U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, clearing the way for the divorce records of he and his ex-wife Kim to be unsealed Wednesday.
