- According to the AG’s office, Med First allegedly filed false claims with Medicare and Medicaid for unnecessary testing, office visits that did not take place, and office visits during which little time was spent with patients before refilling opioid prescriptions.
- Under the terms of the settlement, Med First will pay $1.45 million.
