In an article published in 3E, a regulatory news agency, State AG Group’s Chris Allen comments on the developments surrounding a recent Final Rule issued by EPA in April 2024 setting drinking water standards for PFAS. He warns that even if the courts strike down the Final Rule, litigation and regulation in the PFAS space will continue to garner the attention of state AGs and federal regulators and businesses should prepare for further action.
