Bipartisan Group of Former State AGs Support Confirmation of Bondi as USAG

  • A bipartisan group of sixty-two former state attorneys general today sent a letter to U.S. Senate leaders expressing support for the confirmation of former Florida AG Pam Bondi to be the next United States Attorney General.
  • The letter commends Bondi for her unwavering commitment to public safety and enforcing the rule of law during her 18 years as a state prosecutor and cites her national reputation for working across both state and party lines to solve problems and work cooperatively for the benefit of her constituents.
  • The initiative was led by Dustin McDaniel, former Arkansas AG, and Jon Bruning, former Nebraska AG, in their capacity as co-chairs of the Society of Attorneys General Emeritus, in support of their member and former colleague.
