- The letter commends Bondi for her unwavering commitment to public safety and enforcing the rule of law during her 18 years as a state prosecutor and cites her national reputation for working across both state and party lines to solve problems and work cooperatively for the benefit of her constituents.
- The initiative was led by Dustin McDaniel, former Arkansas AG, and Jon Bruning, former Nebraska AG, in their capacity as co-chairs of the Society of Attorneys General Emeritus, in support of their member and former colleague.
