- The proposed rule would prohibit the omission of mandatory fees from advertised prices and the misrepresentation of the nature and purpose of fees charged.
- Commenters will be allowed to give oral statements during the hearing, and organizations can submit written documents within 14 days of the notice’s publication in the Federal Register.
