Kathy Jennings was elected as attorney general in 2018 and reelected in 2022. Prior to her election, she was chief administrative officer of New Castle County, managing more than 1,500 employees and a budget of $284 million. AG Jennings previously served as chief deputy AG under former AG Charles Oberly, where she helped create Delaware’s Consumer Fraud Division.
